Grant of License
Scope of License:
Subject to your compliance with this End User License Agreement (EULA), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Edge – 4K Wallpapers for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
Modification and Derivative Works:
You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the app.
Reverse Engineering:
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, nor attempt to discover any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the app.
User Accounts
Account Responsibility:
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.
Accurate Information:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration process.
In-App Purchases
Non-Refundable Purchases:
All purchases made within the app, including subscriptions, are non-refundable.
App Store Terms:
You agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions set forth by the app store provider (e.g., Google Play, Apple) regarding in-app purchases.
Termination
Termination by Us:
We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the app at any time without notice if you violate any provision of this EULA.
Changes to the EULA
Notification of Changes:
We may update this EULA from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised EULA. Your continued use of the app after the posting of the revised EULA constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the revised EULA.
Disclaimers
Use at Your Own Risk:
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the app is at your sole risk. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
Exclusion of Damages:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the app.
Governing Law
Applicable Law:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka.
