Data Deletion Guide
We understand that you may choose to delete your account for various reasons. Please follow the steps below to initiate the account deletion process:
Step 1: Access Profile Settings
- Open the Walldrops App on your Android device.
- Tap on your profile picture to access the profile settings.
Step 2: Find Account Deletion Option
- Within the Profile Settings, locate the “Delete Account” or “Close Account” option.
- This option might be under a sub-menu or at the bottom of the Profile page.
Step 3: Confirm Your Decision
- When you find the account deletion option, tap on it.
- You may be asked to confirm your decision. Enter the required information.
Step 4: Additional Information (if applicable)
- Some platforms may ask for additional information or provide reasons for account deletion. Follow the prompts and provide any necessary details.
Step 5: Confirm Deletion
- Once you’ve provided the necessary information, look for a “Confirm” or “Delete” button.
- Confirm that you want to proceed with the account deletion.
Step 6: Account Deletion Complete
- After completing the steps above, your account deletion process should be complete.
- You will be logged out automatically.
Note
Data Removal: Account deletion will result in the removal of your account data, including profile information and any associated data.
Recovery: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure this is the action you want to take.
